Welcome to De Prof's Hotel and Lounge. By making a reservation, checking in, or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Reservations & Check-in
- Guests must provide valid identification upon check-in.
- Check-in time is from 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM.
- Early check-in or late check-out may attract additional charges and is subject to availability.
2. Payments
- All bookings must be paid in full or as agreed at the time of reservation.
- We accept cash, bank transfer, and other approved payment methods.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Guest Conduct
- Guests are expected to behave respectfully within the premises.
- The hotel reserves the right to remove any guest engaging in misconduct, damage, or disturbance without refund.
4. Property Damage
- Guests will be held responsible for any damage to hotel property during their stay.
- Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
5. Use of Facilities
- Facilities such as lounge, restaurant, and event spaces must be used responsibly.
- The hotel is not liable for loss of personal belongings.
6. Right of Admission
- The management reserves the right to refuse admission or service to any guest at its discretion.
